recently, I'm trying to understand the SVD(singular vector decomposition) method introduced by Ari. From Ari's AGU presentation, it seems this method could solve the problem of fluorescence signal from non-vegetative objectives.

However, I have to admit that this method is really difficult and Ari's code is complex (thanks Ari very much for sharing), too. It's hard for me to understand it within a short period of time.
